What will you do? + Complete daily administrative tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents + Provide comprehensive administrative support by coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and interacting with various team members + Make and manage complex travel arrangements for the President and COO + Anticipate the needs of the President and COO and proactively remove barriers, streamline processes, and support dayu2011tou2011day operations + Facilitate endu2011tou2011end project management, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are executed flawlessly + Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, copying documents, and preparing outgoing correspondence + Oversee vendor appointments, office maintenance, and environmental upkeep + Support multiple leaders as needed and assist the overall subsidiary with daily tasks and special projects + Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion + Build strong foundational relationships across the company and serve as a positive, collaborative representative of the Sportservice team + Apply creative thinking to solve problems, increase efficiency, improve processes, and champion continuous improvement across administrative functions + Demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain a meticulous, highly organized workflow More about you + Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting VP and C-level executives + Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel + Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes + High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastu2011paced environment + A positive attitude with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business or relatable field preferred + Must be able to work on site, in the office, Mondayu2013Thursday, with flexibility on Friday based on business need Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
