Description: You will be the Finance Manager for the Development and International Cost Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering financial excellence across the JASSM program within Lockheed Martinu2019s Air Dominance and Strike Systems line of business. What You Will Be Doing As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and program execution while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external controls. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and costu2011tracking mechanisms. + Produce timely, accurate financial reports and analyses for senior leadership. + Partner with crossu2011functional teams to drive costu2011management initiatives and support decisionu2011making. + Mentor and develop finance talent, fostering a highu2011performing, collaborative environment. + Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal financial controls and audit requirements. Basic Qualifications: - Strong business acumen and communication skills with ability to lead teams. requirements. - Thorough understanding of EVMS and ability to implement program controls for compliance to PPMP and DFARS requirements. - Demonstrated experience with budgeting, Long Range Plan development, and forecasting of Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash. Desired Skills: - Prior experience working multiple contract types and revenue recognition methodologies. - Previous experience on DFARS EV program is preferred. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - Experience using SAP - Prior Cost Management experience with in-depth knowledge of LM CSR process and tools, and USG contract financial reporting Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
