Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), youu2019ll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral, emotional, and educational support. Youu2019ll help implement ABA strategies, collaborate with school staff, and provide meaningful one-on-one or small-group support to help students reach their goals. This is a school-based role serving an elementary-age student, Mondayu2013Friday. ? Position Details + Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Elementary School) + Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:30 AMu20134:00 PM + Hours: 35 hours/week + Start: ASAP + Contract: Through the end of the school year + Pay: $23.50 per hour ?? Minimum Requirements To be considered, candidates must have: + Active RBT certification ?? + High school diploma or equivalent + At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs (2 years preferred) + Ability to implement ABA-based strategies + Ability to follow professional standards and protocols + Must be 18+ years old + CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ??
