( Purpose of Role Under Armour is looking for an Expense and Audit Sr. Analyst to support our growing team of global travelers, travel planners, and expense users to ensure they can travel effectively and efficiently, with confidence, between all origins and destinations. In addition to serving as a traveler and expense support function, this position will also assist in managing Under Armouru2019s Corporate Card program and oversee all audits. This position will report to Under Armouru2019s Senior Manager of Global Travel and will serve as a valued partner to all teammates who submit expense reports. Your Impact u2022 Assist in managing the Corporate Card program to optimize spend, driving compliance, and mitigate risks u2022 Assist with expenses and corporate card projects globally u2022 Oversee travel and expense audits including working with internal audit on investigations, reporting on findings, and implementing strategies to resolve card abuse, policy violations, and improve overall compliance issues u2022 Responsible for the tasks associated with onboarding new teammates into all T&E related systems, policies, and processes u2022 Works closely with Under Armour's global travel agency to respond to and resolve traveler requests u2022 Provide technical and functional global support to users of Under Armouru2019s online travel and expense system (Concur), including the approval of expense reports, system troubleshooting, adhoc reporting and training u2022 Manages content updates and technical support to Under Armour Intranet Travel Site u2022 Assists in the development and issuance of financial reporting for departmental budget tracking purposes u2022 Provide companywide support for Under Armouru2019s credit card platform including credit limits adjustments, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation Qualifications u2022 Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to effectively present findings to all levels of the company u2022 Ability to work independently with moderate levels of supervision u2022 Strong customer support and verbal / written communications skills u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management with teammates at all levels of the organization u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting, Finance, or business-related field and 2-4 years of experience working in expense auditing u2022 Extensive experience working with Concur is mandatory. Must understand all aspects of Concur including configurations, administrative roles and cognos reporting. Must have strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) Workplace Location u2022 Location: Baltimore, MD u2022 Work Schedule: 4 days per week in office, the remaining day working from home Sponsorship Eligibility: (US ONLY) UA does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based work authorization for this position at this time. Relocation + No relocation provided Base Compensation $75,737.60 - $94,672.00 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
