As a key member of our academic Department of Family Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in the administrative, clinical, and educational aspects of our Family Medicine Residency program. Responsibilities: + Administrative and Teaching: Provide leadership in the development and oversight of the Family Medicine Residency program. Review and enhance residency policies and curriculum to ensure alignment with ACGME competency standards. + Clinical: Conduct outpatient office hours and inpatient rounds, providing supervision to residents and students. Maintain flexibility for evening, weekend, and on-call coverage as per practice needs. + Departmental Engagement: Participate in community education, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activities. Contribute to hospital and corporate committees to promote organizational policy and safety goals.
