JOB REQUIREMENTS: Community Horizons is partnering with a dedicatedfamily in the Appleton area to find a community support provider fortheir four children (ages 611), all of whom are on the autism spectrumand have unique strengths and support needs. This is an active, hands-onrole, and very rewarding opportunity to make a difference. What You'llDo: Provide transportation using your own vehicle (local travel only andmileage reimbursed @ .70/mile) Offer supervision and gentle supportduring outings Use de-escalation skills when needed Support each childin exploring the community at their own pace Create a calm andencouraging space for self-expression Schedule & Hours: Saturday 6 AM-6PM Flexible Who We're Looking For: Someone who enjoys being active andoutdoors Experience with children or adults with developmental orbehavioral needs (Autism, ADHD, ODD, etc.) Calm, dependable, and open tolearning Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to use foroutings Able to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Experience working with AutisticChildren preferred APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum:
