Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lancaster headquarters. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. u2022 Manage daily administration of the cash management process which includes daily journal entries, cash analysis, wire transfers, investments, borrowings, and various other cash activities. u2022 Monitor and oversee existing bank infrastructure including accounts, services, signatories, while managing all administrative functions such as opening, closing, and maintaining accounts. u2022 Create, support, and maintain end-to-end treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. u2022 Review, approve and release electronic disbursements, ACH and wire payments; troubleshoot daily transaction issues as they occur. u2022 Own near-term cash flow forecasting and support mid- and long-range cash flow forecasts. u2022 Drive continuous improvement initiatives including recommending, evaluating, and implementing new treasury products and services. u2022 Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions. u2022 Manage a highly effective team of treasury professionals by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the teams effectiveness and professional growth. u2022 Oversee merchant accounts and corporate purchasing card programs across all entities. u2022 Analyze monthly bank fees including merchant, treasury, borrowing, and legal expenses. u2022 Participate in and collaborate across functional silos on strategic initiatives and goals. u2022 Support and oversee month end close and reporting responsibilities. u2022 Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. u2022 Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate treasury function, with demonstrated expertise in cash management, treasury operations, cash flow forecasting and treasury systems. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of management experience. u2022 Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
