The academy offers evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being. With its prime location and a focus on personalized treatment, Palm Beach Youth Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing. Pay: $85,000.00 annually Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 ( What you will do: The Licensed Therapist in the Rite of Passage program is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency. They provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapeutic Manager also supervises group living staff, ensuring proper support for students. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development. To be considered you should: Possess a MA, MS or MSW. Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC . Prior Case Management experience required including three yearsu2019 experience with juveniles. Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred). Information regarding Schedule/hours/shifts: 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
