JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position supports sales efforts at aSherwin-Williams floorcovering store and coordinates installationthrough independent contractors to service wholesale floorcoveringcustomers. In this role, you will assist in scheduling installations andensure installation is conducted consistent with expectations. Theindividual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store#3131, located at: N16W23390 Stone Ridge Dr Ste B, Waukesha, WI53188-1196 Job duties involve contact with customers, which may includeminors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronicequipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items ofvalue, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Support thesales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicingwholesale customers. Assist the Branch Manager in developing andimplementing floorcovering installation plans to assist in meeting thestore's budgeted sales and profit goals Assist Sherwin-Williams salesrepresentatives in field measurements including cut sheets, seamdiagrams, and product specifications Ensure all customer orders areaccurately measured and cut Perform on-site inspections of installationsto ensure customer satisfaction Ensure all installer transactions arehandled properly through store computer operating system and records areproperly maintained Determine floorcovering installation training needsand require training as appropriate Minimum Requirements: Must be atleast eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work inthe country of employment without needing sponsorship for employmentwork visa status now or in the future Must have a valid, unrestrictedDriver's License Must be able, with or without reasonableaccommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks andlift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasionMust be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include eveningsand weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation PreferredQualifications: Have at least a High School diploma...
