This role ensures that every product assembledmeets GPIs standards for performance and reliability, contributingdirectly to our promise of delivering high-quality products to ourcustomers.------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Details- Assemble assigned products as instructed by the Assembly Trainer- Ensure product quality by using tools correctly and following all procedures- Work collaboratively as part of the production team to meet daily goals- Maintain a clean work area and follow 6S standards- Demonstrate flexibility by learning multiple workstations and adapting to production needs- Participate in Lean manufacturing training and Kaizen events to support continuous improvement- Consistently produce products that meet quality standards- Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and ethical guidelines- Perform other duties as assigned
