This role plays a key part inmaintaining smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating travel,processing financial transactions, managing inventory, and ensuringaccurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams andexternal partners.Job SummaryCoordinates and facilitates the processing, reconciliation, and trackingof activities related to invoices, payments, and expenses for assignedcenters. Manages travel including, but not limited to, completing priorauthorizations, coordinating and processing receipts and expenses, anddetermining approval for reimbursements.Essential FunctionsProcesses invoices and payments for assigned centers. Manages travelincluding, but not limited to, completing prior authorizations,coordinating and processing receipts and expenses, and determiningapproval for reimbursements. Coordinates freight shipping. Completesdata entry and reconciliations accurately and efficiently. Sorts anddistributes mail. Works collaboratively with internal and externalorganization partners.Job Duties? Coordinate and process invoices, payments, and expense activities forassigned centers.Manage employee travel logistics, including securing prior approvals,organizing travel-related documentation, and reviewing receipts andexpenses for reimbursement eligibility.Support freight and materials shipping coordination.Assist with inventory management monitoring usage and maintainingaccurate inventory records.Collaborate with program managers and team members to supportoperational readiness.Perform periodic inventory audits and contribute to process improvementsthat ensure accuracy and efficiency.Perform accurate data entry, financial reconciliations, and recordmaintenance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external organizationalpartners to ensure efficient workflows and clear communication.Contribute to improvements in operational processes that enhanceproductivity and team connectivity.Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentFour (4) years of related experience; every 30 hours of collegecoursework can be substituted for one year of experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to exercise sound judgment to facilitate solid businessdecisionsAbility to problem solve and think criticallyExcellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability toefficiently process a high volume of transactionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and active listeningskillsProfessionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to build a positiverapport with othersPreferred QualificationsCollege degree is preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to remain in a stationary position.
