It manages a team focused on customer engagement, sales enablement, and strategic partner collaboration to deliver digital marketplace solutions. The role differentiates by integrating cross-functional efforts across product, sales, marketing, and engineering to align solutions with business objectives. Success is measured by the adoption of partner solutions, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction with implemented offerings. The work enhances organizational competitiveness and supports business customers by delivering innovative, customer-driven digital solutions.Job Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team to increase customer engagement and revenue through effective partner product managementOwn and execute the partner product solutions strategy to align with business needs and market demandsEngage directly with business customers to support solution discovery, adoption, and successful implementationCollaborate cross-functionally to refine digital marketplace strategies and maintain competitive advantageDrive sales enablement initiatives to equip sales teams with tools and knowledge for partner solution positioningAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:High School Diploma/GED (Required)Bachelor's Degree STEM or PM area of study is strongly preferred. (Preferred)4-7 years - Experience in solutions engineering, product development, operations, or IT supporting systems and tools.- Experience supporting third-party solutions.- Experience launching services or products.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Technology Solutions Proficiency in solving technical requirements for customers or sales teams. (Required)Communication Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)Strategic Thinking Ability to provide strategic direction to senior leaders and peers. (Required)Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations.
