Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services seeks an experienced CRNA to join our dynamic leadership team as Vice-Chief Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates: u00b7 Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services + Reports to the facility chief and serves as liaison between facility leadership, practice and ancillary departments + Able to communicate clearly and effectively, skilled with critical and strategic interactions with individuals at all levels in the organization + Participates in various leadership meetings, helps facilitate APP team meetings and attends facility department meetings as designated. + Participates in clinical care, supporting critical functions with other members of the anesthesia team + Supports a culture based on professionalism, respect, collaboration and integrity + Previous leadership experience of 5 or more years in a large facility strongly preferred + Staffing model of 18 Anesthesiologists and 60 APP covering 30 sites of service daily, average surgical volume of 24 thousand cases plus 3000+ OB. + Diverse mix of cases including general, cardiac, ortho, neuro,urology, ENT, bariatric, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, peds and trauma. + Works with a highly productive, well-run team of individuals who make it a priority to ensure a collaborative environment Incentive and Benefits Package: + Employed position with HCA Healthcare + Vice-Chief stipend and additional stipends available for trauma, cardiac, complex neuro + Tiered commencement bonus up to $75,000 + Competitive compensation package + Relocation assistance + $2500 CME stipend + Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based policy) + Benefits include a 401K with generous HCA Healthcare match, discounted employee stock purchase plan, medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA, life insurance and more About Memorial Health University Medical Center: + 622-bed regional referral Level I trauma center + Childrenu2019s Hospital with Level III NICU + Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI + Serves 35 counties across SE Georgia and Southern SC + Epic EMR About the Area: Savannah is a beautiful Southern city where art, rich history, incredible architecture, trendy boutiques and ghost stories are back lit by gas lamps and set under a veil of Spanish Moss.
