Job Description: Parsons is looking for a talented OSINT Policy Analyst to join our growing team What You'll Be Doing : + Provide technical expertise to the Government with conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine at the Intelligence Community, DoD, Service, and Command levels. + Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. + Provide the organizational data operations for senior level government decision making. + Provide support to the Government with Executive-level projects as well as analyze, assess, and develop future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations. What Required Skills You'll Bring : + Active TS/SCI with CI Poly + Bachelors and 10+ years of related experience. Additional education can count in lieu of years of experience, and additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree. Additional flexibility with Customer approval. + Knowledge of existing OSINT policies, procedures, and gaps from a branch, joint, and IC enterprise level perspective. + Ability to define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight. + OSINT and policy experience Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.u200b This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
