Overview Supervise Local Buick and GMC Marketing Association advertising activity in key markets within the Southeast Region. Primary client contact with LMA Dealer Advisory Boards and General Motors Regional Clients (Zone Manager & District Sales Manager) Responsibilities + Supervise day-to-day implementation of Local Market Advertising (LMAs), ensuring flawless execution. + Manage budgets, media plans & buys, creative, and traffic with outstanding attention to detail. + Collaborate closely with all agency departments to develop and implement strategic, creative, and media plans. + Present and communicate marketing recommendations and opportunities to Local Dealer Advisory Boards with confidence and clarity. + Conduct detailed research and provide proof of performance to demonstrate the achievement of client objectives. + Partner with the assigned Account Coordinator and/or Account Executive to assist in all aspects of your assignments. + Represent clients at marketing events and with vendors, relaying critical information to appropriate individuals. Qualifications Education: Minimum 4-year degree Required Experience: + 2-5+ years of agency account management experience at the Account Supervisor level + Automotive and/or Retail Advertising is a plus + Excellent communication skills to include public speaking. The position requires frequent communication and presentations to clients Travel: Light to medium travel, possibly 2-6 days per month. Travel will likely include both day and overnight trips and will vary by month based on client needs. Skills: + Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision + Proven relationship-building and communication skills + Entrepreneurial attitude and fortitude + Appreciation for and desire to work with dealer groups + Good project manager as well as strategic big-picture thinker + Creativity, confidence, attention to detail, and passion + Proficient in MS Office Suite to include Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word Additional information Compensation Range: $ $73,910 - $101,200 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
