Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Job Location: Colorado Springs, ColoradoJob Summary:At ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children unlock their full potential through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in our team's mission to empower children to thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT to join our team and work with our exceptional children.Responsibilities:• Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) in the implementation of individualized treatment plans• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address client goals and objectives• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress• Develop and maintain a rapport with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a positive and supportive environment• Collaborate with the treatment team to adapt and modify treatment plans as needed• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client data and progress• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledgeRequirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent required• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism or related disorders• RBT certification required; must be willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines• $21 - $26 HOURLY compensation packageWork Schedule:This is a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME position, with variable schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.Join our team and help us empower children to thrive!
