They are responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event. This includes linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Banquet or Catering preferred.Supervisory experience, skills & abilitiesExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently without direct supervisionAbility to perform basic mathematic calculationsExcellent time management and planning skillsAbility to prioritize and organize work assignmentsAbility to maintain close attention to detailExperience and a thorough understanding of banquet service.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidaysPay range: $19.00/hr based upon experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to walk and move about throughout shift to supervise and assist banquet servers, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motionsAbility to push, pull, lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs.
