Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join our team.Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.Promptly clears dirty tables and prepares table for resetting; promptly resets all service ware.Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including flatware, linen, condiments, wipes down chairs and tables, and cleans area.Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.Perform any general cleaning tasks as assignedCollaborate with servers to maintain clear communication and ensure prompt service.May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.Follow food safety and sanitation standardsPerform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills:Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience.Ability to assist with food preparation, setup, and cleaning tasks.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.QualificationsPrevious experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industryPhysical demands:Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipmentExposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.Apply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
