Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description Our recruiting firm is partnering with a investment company in Palm Beach Gardens to find them an AP Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager to contribute to an organization. There is a defined growth plan for this role and it is ideal to find someone that could/ wants to grow into a Junior Accountant and then Staff Accountant role. This is an temp to hire hourly position because of company growth. This role will go permanent. The ideal pay range for this role is between $28-$32 per hour. Job Summary Receive and process invoices daily using 3-way-match Enter invoice information into the general ledger Issue payments via ACH and wires and occasionally via paper checks Maintain and grow vendor relationships Support month-end with any needed reports Qualifications 1+ years of experience handling AP or Accounting Clerk duties Bachelors degree required (Accounting highly preferred) Advanced Excel skills required 100% onsite position
