Night Shift Powder Coaters Rosenberg TX Job duties: Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings onto surfaces for protection and aesthetic enhancement Prepare workpieces for coating by cleaning, degreasing, and masking as necessary Load and unload workpieces onto powder coating equipment, ensuring proper positioning and secure attachment Adjust powder coating guns, air pressure, and powder flow to achieve desired coverage and finish Inspect coated surfaces for uniformity, adhesion, and defects, making adjustments as needed Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Clean and maintain work area, including disposal of unused powder and waste in accordance with regulations Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workflow and meet production schedules Document coating parameters and inspection results for quality control and recordkeeping purposes.
