Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentLead daily maintenance activities including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenanceEnsure reliable operation of mechanical stamping pressesDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesCoordinate maintenance priorities with production leadership to minimize downtimeEnforce safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processesMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentationAssist with training and development of maintenance personnelSupport installation, startup, and optimization of new or existing equipmentRequired Qualifications10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of supervisory or lead experienceHands-on experience with mechanical stamping presses (non-negotiable)Strong troubleshooting skills in:Electrical systemsPneumaticsHydraulics Ability to lead by example in a hands-on maintenance role Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Robotic systems experience (Fanuc, ABB, or similar) Automotive Tier 1 manufacturing experience Experience supporting high-speed, high-volume production environments Published Description The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance operations in a high-volume automotive Tier 1 manufacturing environment. This role oversees preventative and reactive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime, safety, and production efficiency.
