This is a hands-on working manager role responsible for overseeing daily shop operations while actively participating in vehicle detailing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of detailers in a fast‑paced dealership settingPerform high‑quality detailing alongside the teamManage workflow, quality control, and shop organizationCoordinate with service and sales departments to meet deadlinesMaintain equipment, supplies, and a clean, efficient work environmentCompensation: Production flat rateWhat We’re Looking For3-5 years of detail management experience (dealership preferred)Strong work ethic and willingness to work a 6‑day scheduleTeam‑oriented leadership styleAbility to multi‑task and stay organized under pressurePositive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactionA valid driver's license and a good driving record.Teph Seal is a Drug-Free Workplace.
