They run efficient parts department for internal and external clients while maximizing profitability.Performs perpetual inventoryParticipates in Operational Store & Department PlanningCreates annual budgetsReconciles daily parts invoicesTracks the gross sales of the parts department on a daily basisReconciles and report shortages and/or damagesReconciles parts/warranty returns reportProvides on the job training for parts department membersCompiles and analyzes monthly management reportsMaintains tight control over parts inventoryEnsures the quality of customer service provided by the parts departmentCoordinates parts marketingCalculates and submits the obsolescence report on a monthly basisKnows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfactionKnows and understands the Avondale Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirementsHolds weekly department meetingsAttends weekly manager meetingsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year dealership warehouse experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)None required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
