This role will perform routine tasks including but not limited to maintaining the HCM system and employee records, implementing (process) improvements, ensuring data quality, analyzing, and reporting on the data in the HCM solution, and providing support to end users. The Senior HRIS Analyst will also be a Subject Matter Expert for the HCM system. The Senior HRIS Analyst will act as a team lead and will provide support and guidance to other HRIS team members.This role is base from our corporate office in Irving, TX.Maintains the Dayforce HCM system including employee records, user access, organizational chart, workflows, positions, earnings, deductions, accruals Reviews and troubleshoots daily issues and action items within the HCM production and testing environments in a timely manner; Supports end-usersAids in implementation, business processes, process improvements, feature enhancements, and end-to-end testingPerforms data transfer, data mapping, and data validation tasks to ensure data qualityDevelops and maintains training materials, guides, and documentation; Collaborates with the training team to translate training for end usersWorks with vendors to develop data imports and exports; Maintains and monitors recurring data feeds to ensure they are functioning properly. Troubleshoots any issuesManages audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HRISParticipates on project teams for the conversion of acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition to HCMMaintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technologyProvides timely metrics, trends, turnover reports, data analysis, and graphical representation to management as required utilizing HRIS, Excel, and other applications to manipulate, analyze, and present data to end usersProvides guidance on best practices for system configuration to fellow team membersPerforms other duties as requiredBachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or another related field3-5 years of experience maintaining HR business systems is requiredExperience with Dayforce HCM is requiredExperience maintaining a complete HCM solutionExcellent interpersonal and technical support skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with human resources policies and proceduresIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.)Highly organized with strong time management skillsGreat attention to detail and works well under pressure
