Summer Seasonal Junior Lifeguards - Lafayette

All branches of the YMCA of Northern Colorado are seeking summer seasonal junior lifeguards. Our YMCAs offer memberships, fitness programs, youth sports, aquatics programs, social opportunities, and early childhood education for the Northern Front Range. The salary range starts at $15.16 per hour based on experience. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.If you are not a certified lifeguard please check out our lifeguard classes athttps:www.ymcanoco.org/careers.Advocate for the safety and wellbeing of our members and guests, and keep our Y's pool a friendly, welcoming environment for all to play, learn and build confidence in the water.Ensure the safety of participants while they are in or near the pool or hot tub.General maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, water testing and general problem-solving.Relate positively to a variety of people including other staff, members, program participants, and children.Other duties as assigned.Minimum age of 15.
