Hyundai MOBIS is growing quickly and looking for passionate and engaged Professionals to join our team to help build a better future together!We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced environment at Hyundai Mobis. The ideal candidate will work directly with Maintenance management to provide support of the Production process.Role(s) - Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, supporting structures, and electrical systems of assembly line manufacturing operations by performing the following duties. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipmentListens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machineDismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired partsCleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machineryInstalls and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipmentLays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipmentInstalls, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllersOperates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal partsFabricates and repairs assembly line support structures such as guards, platforms, lift devices, and related equipmentConduct routine PM checks and log activityOther tasks as assignedExperience: 5+ years preferredEducation:Associate degree(AA/AS)Degree Field: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial EngineeringA PLUS IF YOU HAVE:Certified/Technical Skills:Knowledge of Siemens PLCElectrical ControlsBasic Understanding of Mechanical drawingsAdditional/Other:PC literate, including Microsoft Office ProductsMotor ControlsIntermediate PLC Programming and Troubleshooting
