The QISG team brings together Engineering, Safety, Quality, Material Procurement, QA/QC, Right-of-Way Acquisition, Scheduling, Environmental Planning, Permitting, Title and Land Management expertise that ensure outstanding results for our clients.RecruiterOnsite: M-F, 8AM-5PM3500 Colonnade Pkwy, Birmingham, AL, 35243The Recruiter at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment processCollaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaIdentifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organizationAssists with job posting and advertisement processesScreens applications and selects qualified candidatesSchedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsAssists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholdersCollaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process; identifies and recommends salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsCollects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill for positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesAttends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, as neededAdheres to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerforms special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requestedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted2+ years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring processHuman Resources certification (ex: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRMSCP)Experience recruiting for a fast-paced EPC firm in the power delivery industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteCompetitive base salaryGenerous PTO & paid holidaysto maintain work-life balance401(k) with a generous matchto plan for your futureComprehensive benefits- medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceWeekly payfor consistent, reliable compensationGreat mentoring & career growth opportunities- we invest in your developmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
