They serve as guides, answer questions from the public and also serve as ticket takers for events.This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00- $11.50.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Santander Arena, located in downtown Reading, Pennsylvania, is a versatile venue that serves as the home arena for the Reading Royals, the ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers. The Santander Arena has hosted an array of live events including concerts, Disney on Ice, and other family friendly events attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and employeesGreet all Guests in a welcoming and friendly mannerConduct regular inspections of assigned and deployed positions; ensuring the safety of all fans at all timesFamiliarity with the City of Springfield and local attractionsAssist with maintaining safe environment throughout MassMutual Center at all timesInform Fans of seat locations and provide assistance where neededRetrieve and verify Fans’ tickets, as requiredOperate a ticket scanner and follow ticket scanning protocol as outlined in team trainingDirect Fans with special needs/ requests to Fan ServicesWork in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety ActWork with enthusiasm and professionalism at all timesPerform any additional tasks as assignedKnowledge of Event Services and affiliated roles & responsibilitiesAble to work flexible and sometimes demanding schedules (including: nights, weekends, and holidays)Excellent customer service, client relations, interpersonal and communication skillsMust be accurate and detail orientedMust be physically fit to perform all essential duties/ requirements associated with this jobStrong knowledge of Alcohol Control Policies in event driven industry is an assetPossession of valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification is an assetAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
