Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.Oak View Group is searching for Restaurant Food Runners to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club Restaurant known as The RaRa Room by Major Food Group and Oak View Group in downtown Phoenix.This fine dining concept is hiring experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligibleBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until May 8, 2026.The RaRa Room is located inside the Mortgage Matchup Center in the heart of downtown Phoenix, home to the Phoenix Suns and Mercury professional basketball teams and a variety of special events and concerts tear round-making it the preeminent destination for sports and entertainment in the southwest.Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely mannerUnderstands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guestsSet tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of serviceEnsure expo and service station areas are organized and maintainedMaintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of mealAssists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assignedMinimum 2 years working in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferredDemonstrated ability to work well in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
