We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Team Lead Associate to help keep our retail and warehouse operations running smoothly.Position OverviewThe Warehouse Team Lead Associate supports daily warehouse operations while helping guide and motivate the team. This role oversees and assists with order picking, receiving, inventory control, stocking, and delivery of retail merchandise and materials across LEGOLAND New York Resort.What You’ll DoLoading & UnloadingSafely load and unload delivery vehicles (vans, trucks, containers)Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, ladders, and order pickersReceivingVerify incoming shipments against purchase orders and pack slipsRecord shipments accurately in tracking systemsReport shipment discrepancies to managementOrder PickingPick and process orders accurately and on timeComplete pick sheets and related paperworkBuild pallets following safety and transport proceduresClose out orders in warehouse systemsReport errors or issues promptlyProduct Rotation & InventoryRotate stock based on shelf life and expiration datesAssist with cycle counts and inventory verificationMaintain accurate bin locations and product recordsReport inventory discrepancies to leadershipSafety & ComplianceFollow all warehouse safety and compliance standardsKeep work areas clean and organizedEnsure compliance with OSHA, ASTM, NEC, NSF, and applicable state/local codesProvide feedback on safety or operational concernsWhat We’re Looking ForMust be 18 years or olderAvailable to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during the operating season6+ months of warehouse experience preferredStrong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Comfortable using computers and warehouse systemsTeam-focused mindset with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate othersStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksLift up to 35 lbs unassistedWork at various heights with proper safety trainingWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsSchedule5 days per week, up to 40 hoursOvertime potentialWarehouse shifts may start as early as 3:30 AM and end as late as 4:30 PM?
