If you’re an LPN who wants to make an impact behind the scenes—without routine hands-on patient care—this role may be exactly what you’re looking for.We’re seeking a Quality Assurance LPN who is ready to support excellence in hospice care by strengthening clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives across our organization.What You’ll DoAs a Quality Assurance LPN, you’ll blend your clinical nursing knowledge with quality and regulatory expertise to help ensure our patients receive the safest, most compliant care possible. Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.Experience: 1-2 years’ Nursing experience, preferably including chart review, QA, or clinical documentation experience. Skills:Requires strong understanding of clinical documentation standards. Proficiency with EMR systems and data reporting tools. Excellent communication and organization skills. Can monitor infection control reports, occurrence reports to identify trend, gaps, and areas for process improvements. Can assist with entry of state reports as required by state and national regulations. Willing to develop new critical thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office, Power Point preferred.Required: Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance.
