Google Cloud Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Cloud DevOps Engineer to lead and execute a large-scale migration of cloud infrastructure and applications from AWS and Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments and deep expertise in GCP services, automation, and CI/CD practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, migration strategy planning, and the ability to map equivalent services across platforms. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Design and implement migration strategies for applications and workloads from AWS and Azure to GCP. u2022u2003Assess existing infrastructure and recommend optimal GCP solutions for compute, storage, networking, and application services. u2022u2003Develop automation scripts and workflows for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, and Artifact Registry. u2022u2003Ensure security and compliance during migration, leveraging Secret Manager, Cloud KMS, and IAM best practices. u2022u2003Optimize performance and cost by selecting appropriate GCP services and configurations. u2022u2003Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration and minimal downtime. u2022u2003Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for GCP environments. u2022u2003Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
