Maintenance Supervisor

A healthcare facility in Rome, NY is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.This role is responsible for managing all maintenance department operations and personnel, conducting regular facility inspections to ensure safety, appearance, and equipment performance, and assigning and supervising maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will schedule and ensure completion of repairs, oversee contracted maintenance services, and maintain records related to repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections.Requirements include prior maintenance experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and time-management skills, a solid work ethic, and a hands-on approach to quality service.This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, well-functioning environment for residents and staff within a healthcare setting.
