Closing skills and a great attitude are a must. Qualifications: 3-5 years of High-volumedealership,Parts Manager experience (Required). Excellent Leadershipskills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performingteam. Strong Inventory Management experience and knowledge of Inventory Control.
