Overview The Regional/Field Ops Manager holding this position is responsible for planning, providing and leading overall direction in a geographic region, with a specific focus on Facility Services. This manager will work closely with Regional and Market Operations leaders to ensure that quality services are provided in accordance with contractual agreements and within budgetary requirements. This professional will also be responsible for driving service excellence and customer retention. This position requires exceptional relationship-building acumen, strong operations background. Through effective leadership and market relationships, this manager will improve ABMu2019s brand awareness in the Region. Compensation: $120K-135K/year The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicantu2019s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
