N Position Type Management Pay Range: $58.31-$85.81 per hour This is a temporary position As a FLEX Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality visual storytelling across Marriott Mediau2019s partner campaigns and brand marketing initiatives. This role brings creative and design vision across digital, video, experiential, and B2B channels while ensuring work is aligned to Marriott Bonvoy brand standards and business objectives. This position operates across two primary lanes of work: 1. Partner campaigns delivered through the Marriott Media Network 2. Marketing initiatives for Marriott Media, including brand marketing, sales enablement, experiential activations, and B2B campaigns As part of Riott Haus Creative, Marriottu2019s in-house agency, the Senior Manager, Art Director collaborates closely with Creative Directors, Project Management, Sales, Media, and Platform teams to concept, design, and execute work that is both creatively compelling and operationally sound. This role requires a strong design point of view, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to lead creative work across multiple formats and timelines. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience. u2022 7+ years of experience in art direction or visual design within an agency, in-house, or media environment. u2022 Demonstrated experience leading creative across digital, video, and integrated marketing campaigns. u2022 Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, art direction, and execution across multiple channels. u2022 Excellent design sensibility, with a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and composition. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience Preferred u2022 Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium brands. u2022 Experience supporting B2B marketing or sales enablement creative. u2022 Familiarity with branded content, media networks, or platform-driven creative systems. u2022 Experience collaborating with motion, video, and experiential teams. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Creative Leadership & Art Direction u2022 Lead visual concepting and art direction across partner and internal Marriott Media initiatives. u2022 Translate strategic objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual systems and executions. u2022 Ensure all creative output aligns with Marriott Bonvoy brand guidelines while pushing for elevated, modern design. u2022 Provide art direction across digital, video, motion, experiential, and B2B marketing assets. u2022 Maintain consistency and quality across campaigns, platforms, and touchpoints. Partner Campaign Creative (Marriott Media Network) u2022 Develop and oversee creative for partner campaigns across Marriott Media placements. u2022 Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Managers to ensure concepts are executable within scope, timeline, and budget. u2022 Design and direct creative assets including digital modules, video content, templates, and campaign toolkits. u2022 Partner with Sales and Media teams to support pitch development and partner presentations. u2022 Participate in creative reviews and present work to internal stakeholders as needed.
