Job Description As a Project Manager on thePMO team, you will serve as the primary owner of client implementations across our specialty pharmacy and hub solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-onu2014blending strong project execution with a consultative mindset. Youu2019ll work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers, hub service providers, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality implementations that support therapy initiation, prior authorization, patient support programs, and overall patient access. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where your ability to manage complexity, communicate clearly, and build trust will directly impact client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Lead end-to-end client implementations of SaaS solutionsu2014from kickoff through go-live and stabilization u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy clients during implementation u2022 Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through implementation strategy, timelines, risks, and best practices u2022 Translate complex business, clinical, and operational requirements into clear implementation plans and system configurations u2022 Partner closely with Product Management to balance product roadmap with client needs and regulatory requirements u2022 Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements, user stories, workflows, integrations, and test plans accurately reflect client and program needs u2022 Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Product, Data, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery u2022 Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, especially in regulated healthcare environments u2022 Oversee project schedules, milestones, effort estimates, and defect prioritization u2022 Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders u2022 Support client training, readiness planning, and go-live activities u2022 Ensure implementations align with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, data security, audit readiness, etc.) Contribute to PMO best practices, templates, and continuous process improvement We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
