Altamonte Dr. + Drives new market share from private and local municipalities and partners with internal service lines to enhance patient experience. + Directs strategic planning and business development between AdventHealth and local EMS entities. + Responds to evolving emergency department, EMS, and regional executive strategy goals and initiatives as a key member of the Nursing Leadership team. + Performs statistical analysis to identify EMS throughput improvement opportunities, volume fluctuations, root cause analysis, forecasting, and growth opportunities. + Serves as an advocate of the hospital with local, regional, and state EMS agencies.
