Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 901 N LAKE DESTINY RD City: MAITLAND State: Florida Postal Code: 32751 Job Description: + Works as a Per Diem employee on an on-call schedule, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. + Travels to various client locations to provide treatment for exposures, including patient counseling, blood draws, and medication administration when indicated. + Follows policies and procedures to reduce risk. + Functions within a team while remaining confident when working independently. + Interacts professionally with all clients and co-workers. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Ability to work independently and properly manage time. [Required] + Exceptional customer service & telephone etiquette. [Required] + Proficiency in EMR use and Microsoft Office. [Required] + Strong venipuncture skills. [Required] + Ability to maintain clinical hygiene and specimen integrity in varying nontraditional settings. [Required] Education: + Technical/Vocational School [Required] Field of Study: + LPN Work Experience: + Occupational and/or employee health experience [Preferred] + HIV Counseling.
