Address: 1775 State Rd 207, St. Augustine, FL 32086 Provides day-to-day supervision of radiologic technologists, support staff, and imaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Coordinates daily workflow and staffing assignments, balancing patient volumes, technologist availability, and room utilization. Serves as a clinical resource to technologists, students, and other staff, offering guidance on protocols, positioning, image quality, and regulatory compliance. Monitors and supports compliance with departmental policies, radiation safety guidelines, ALARA principles, and regulatory/accreditation standards. Assists with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessment of technologists and new hires.
