ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES u2022 Acts as the point of contact for the insuredu2019s, vendors and public adjustor when onsite. u2022 Provides support to the outside contents evaluator assistants. u2022 Prepares field reports of the inventory capture. u2022 Uploads all digital media and completes quality check for daily field activity to maintain accuracy. u2022 Completes onsite inventory of total loss contents items and uploads data from field work to server. u2022 Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs. u2022 Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment. u2022 Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES u2022 Performs other duties as assigned. u2022 Supports the organization's quality program(s). u2022 Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge u2022 Good comprehensive decision making skills u2022 Good oral and written communication skills u2022 PC literate, including Microsoft Office products u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills u2022 Ability to work in a team environment u2022 Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines Physical: u2022 Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. u2022 Ability to kneel, squat and/or bend. u2022 Ability to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions. u2022 Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and/or reach overhead u2022 Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds u2022 Ability to drive for an extended period of time. u2022 Must have continual use of manual dexterity. u2022 Good computer keyboarding skills.
