Steel Yard Production Worker

Job Title: Production Worker Job Description We are looking for dedicated production workers who will be cross-trained to work in multiple departments. You will be responsible for assisting with loading and unloading steel, feeding machines with raw materials, and staging products. Responsibilities + Load and unload steel efficiently. + Feed machines with raw materials. + Stage products as required. + Uphold safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times. + Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. + Be flexible to work off shifts, including 2nd or 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Essential Skills + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency in machine operation. + Knowledge of basic hand tools. + High School Diploma or GED required. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work in a loud, dusty, and dirty environment. + Willingness to work in an outdoor setting exposed to varying temperatures. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is highly industrial, loud, dusty, and dirty. You will be working outside, facing hot temperatures in the summer and cold conditions in the winter. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
