Cash Applications Customer Service Specialist

Requisition Number: 218990 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Cash Applications Customer Service Specialist to support our Centralized Cash Application department and field locations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service for inbound email and phone requests from customers and field operations; effectively monitoring assigned email inbox and/or ticketing system queues; appropriately researching items to resolve issues on a timely basis ensuring prompt attention to accurate application of cash and potential audit concerns; and consistently following all applicable policies and procedures.
