This role leads requirements gathering, configuration, testing, process analysis, integrations support, and change management for enterprise CLM initiatives. _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Partner with business and technical stakeholders to document and translate finance and legal process requirements into scalable CLM solution designs. + Conduct currentu2011state and futureu2011state analysis and perform detailed gap assessments across processes, systems, and data flows. + Assess system limitations, enterprise impacts, and dependencies across upstream and downstream applications. + Configure new CLM functionality to automate manual workflows and align to standardized processes. + Collaborate with systems integrators on solution design, architecture, and implementation. + Support feature design, build, enhancements, and integrations with thirdu2011party systems. + Define the testing approach and map test scenarios to documented requirements. + Create test plans, scenarios, and scripts using Jira and related tools. + Lead UAT coordination with process owners and business users and validate solutions through evidence review. + Drive changeu2011management activities to support adoption of new CLM capabilities. + Educate technical teams and finance process owners on updated workflows, features, and system behavior. + Collaborate with product management, finance, and crossu2011functional partners to identify improvement and automation opportunities. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements + Strong domain knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management platforms and processes, including Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Icertis, or Evisort. + Handsu2011on experience configuring and implementing CLM functionality. + Experience with thirdu2011party integrations and APIu2011based workflows. + Proven ability to drive endu2011tou2011end testing, including scenario definition, execution, and UAT leadership. + Experience in feature design, enhancements, system configuration, and production rollout. + Experience leading or contributing to RFP and vendor selection for CLM platforms. + Ability to translate between business and technical teams with clear communication and documentation. + Experience educating stakeholders and driving alignment across crossu2011functional teams. _Recruitment Transparency Notice_ _Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
