Location: Anacortes, Washington, United States (On-site) About the Company We are a leading provider of behavioral health services , dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families. About the Role The Behavioral Health Therapist will work Monday to Friday, providing therapeutic services to clients in need of support and guidance. This role requires a licensed professional who is passionate about helping others. You may choose to work 5 eight hour days or 4 ten hour days. Responsibilities + Conduct individual and group therapy sessions. + Develop and implement treatment plans. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. + Provide crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications + Masteru2019s degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field. + Current state licensure as a Behavioral Health Therapist. + LCSW, LISW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC Required Skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficient in electronic health record systems. Preferred Skills + Experience with diverse populations. + Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
