Licensed Social Work Therapist

About the Role The Behavioral Health Therapist will work Monday to Friday, providing therapeutic services to clients in need of support and guidance. This role requires a licensed professional who is passionate about helping others. You may choose to work 5 eight hour days or 4 ten hour days. Responsibilities + Conduct individual and group therapy sessions. + Develop and implement treatment plans. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. + Provide crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications + Masteru2019s degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field. + Current state licensure as a Behavioral Health Therapist. + LCSW, LISW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC Required Skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficient in electronic health record systems. Preferred Skills + Experience with diverse populations. + Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
