This is a hands-on technical role that requires rolling up your sleeves to architect, code, debug, and mentor. u200bKey Responsibilities: + u200bDesign, implement andmaintainend-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Harness (CI + CD), including builds, tests, artifact publishing, and progressive deployments + u200bOperate Harness Delegates/agents and configure execution environments (Kubernetes, cloud VMs, Harness Cloud) for pipeline execution. + u200bImplement pipeline governance: RBAC, policy-as-code (OPA), approvalgatesand compliance checks; automate rollbacks and continuous verification. + u200bImprove build & test speed using Harness features (cache intelligence, test intelligence) andoptimizeartifacts/caching. + u200bCreate/review YAML pipeline definitions,maintainpipelines in Git (Harness Git Experience/.harnessrepo approach), and enableGitOpsworkflows whereappropriate. + u200bDesign, implement, andmaintainCI/CD pipelines for secure, automated software delivery. + u200bDevelop infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. + u200bEmbed security best practices into the SDLC and CI/CD processes. + u200bImplement automated security tools for vulnerability scanning, static/dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST), and container security. + u200bCollaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards (e.g., NIST, DoD, ISO). + u200bDeploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). + u200bMaintain high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems. + u200bConfigure andoptimizecontainer orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). + u200bEstablish proactive monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and availability. + u200bWork closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and security professionals. + u200bMentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement ofDevSecOpspractices. u200b Basic Qualifications: + u200bBacheloru2019s degree and 12+ years of experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree in an IT-discipline. + u200bExcellent customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing position for a minimum of 6 years. + u200bMinimum7+ year of Administration experience with cloud-based applications (MS O365, SharePoint, Azure AD, AWS) + u200bProven experience implementing pipelines in Harness (CI + CD) or other modern CI/CD platforms; comfortable with visual & YAML pipelineeditors.. + u200bProficiencywith RedHatOpenshiftservices. + u200bProficiencyin programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Bash, Go). + u200bExperience with configuration management and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet). + u200bDeep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g.,Harness,Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). + u200bHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). + u200bStrong knowledge of security principles, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and encryption techniques. + u200bFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack). + u200bSolid understanding of networking, Linux/Unix systems, and version control systems (e.g., Git) + u200bClearance: This position requires candidates to obtain a Public Trust and will accept up to TS/SCI + u200bExperience withStructuraand Coder is a plus. u200bCertifications: + u200bIndustry Professional certificationAWS Certified DevOps Engineer,Certified AWSSysAdmin,AWS Certified Security, Azure Solutions Architect,Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD),Kubernetesand Cloud Native Associate (KCNA) If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
