Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Colleague will order supplies, stock, and put away shipments. Colleague will also help with patient care and cleaning rooms during downtime. Provides excellent customer service by ensuring all supply and inventory needs are met on a daily basis. Shift Available: Monday - Friday, No Holidays, No Weekends Status Available : Full Time 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Education + Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. + Preferred Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or equivalent. Experience + Preferred One year of experience in supply chain management organization. + Minimum Basic math and reading skills. Ability to think independently and use good judgment when making decisions. Attention to detail. + Preferred Basic computer skills and experience in Inventory control and distribution What will you do: + Serves as the primary supply chain contact for assigned departments. Communicates daily with assigned departments to ensure all needs are met. + Orders, receives and delivers all stock, non-stock, and special-order items to the appropriate location. Manually checks the perpetual inventory and PAR areas for replenishment through the inventory management system. + Validates accuracy of shipments, rotates inventory to maintain FIFO methodology, accurately puts away and picks items (when applicable), and effectively uses technology to perform receiving and inventory processes. + Communicates and resolves shipment errors including mis-picks, credit notifications and product returns. + Reviews and takes actionable steps to resolve open order and resolution report.
