Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role on the production line. Your responsibilities will include assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring quality inspection before packaging. This position offers rotation among various tasks for a diverse working experience. The role is available on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with the opportunity for overtime during the week and some Saturdays. Responsibilities + Work on the production line assembling materials and operating machines. + Inspect parts for quality before packaging. + Rotate between different positions on the production line. + Lift and place components into boxes for shipping. + Work mandatory 12-hour shifts as needed. Essential Skills + 6 months of recent manufacturing experience in a production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position. + Ability to lift 40 lbs and handle car hoods made of plastic and foam. + Experience with visual inspection and identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Longevity at past jobs, with 8 months or longer at the last three positions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.05 - $17.05/hr.
