Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, including labeling, packaging, cappers, tippers, and specialized automated equipment. You will work with chains, gear drives, motors, high-speed lines, pumps, vacuum pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Responsibilities + Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on plant equipment. + Troubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance. + Work with high-speed lines, pumps, and vacuum pumps. + Handle pneumatics and hydraulics. + Work up to 480v 3 phase, with heavy electrical issues contracted out. + Utilize PLCs for troubleshooting. + Fill out changeover forms. + Address quality issues and manage paperwork. + Communicate effectively with line workers and operators. + Conduct changeovers of lines. + Perform basic facilities maintenance. Essential Skills + 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Electrical repair expertise. + Mechanical knowledge. + Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Preventive maintenance abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication skills. + Experience in PLC troubleshooting. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Orfordville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $69000.00/yr. - Well lit, clean, automated, and climate controlled facility- Work and team culture is great.
