Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description As a General Production Worker, you will thrive in a dynamic and team-focused environment, engaging in manufacturing tasks that begin with raw materials and culminate in packaging the finished product. Your role will involve ensuring the accurate supply of materials to production lines, executing line and equipment startups efficiently, conducting color and tool changeovers, and performing quality checks to meet specific client specifications. Responsibilities + Ensure correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to production lines. + Successfully complete line and equipment startups in a timely manner. + Perform color and tool changeovers while operating profile lines according to established procedures. + Conduct quality checks to meet client specifications for color, pattern, length, and width. Essential Skills + Experience in production, extrusion, and machine operation. + Ability to troubleshoot equipment. + Familiarity with manufacturing processes and experience. + Competence in measurements, assembly, inspection, ruler reading, and using measurement tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Demonstrate attention to detail. + Ability to recognize and take action with minimal supervision. + Capability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment. + Desire to work in a team-based environment with collaborative decision-making. + Motivation to enhance skills and advance within the company.
